1965 vs 1939 Aerial Planning for Seaview Terrace on farm. Could be an irrigation ditch.
Section 40 is where the farm is that is now Seaview Terrace. It;s over a bit to the right from the number 40- you can make out the farm house which is still there on Northport Ave. I don't see any ditch here.
